CAGE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAGE1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAGE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGC-CBP30, GSK2801, and Mirin. Each is linked with CAGE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAGE1-to-partner and partner-to-CAGE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SGC-CBP30 grouped by CAGE1-low versus CAGE1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAGE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAGE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
