CADPS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,638 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADPS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CADPS2_S58, ARFGEF3, and BSG. Each is linked with CADPS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CADPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CADPS2 versus CADPS2_S58 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
