CADPS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,971 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL4B, MRPL43, and DLST. Each is linked with CADPS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CADPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNL4B grouped by CADPS2-low versus CADPS2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
