CADPS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CADPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 275 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDSR, MED9, and WRAP53. Each is linked with CADPS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CADPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KDSR grouped by CADPS2-low versus CADPS2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
