CADM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADM4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Src_pY527, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CADM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM4-to-partner and partner-to-CADM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by CADM4-low versus CADM4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
