Across TCGA cell cohorts, CADM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,293 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CADM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of peptidyl-threonine phosphorylation, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with CADM4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM4-to-partner and partner-to-CADM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by CADM4-low versus CADM4-high in OESOPHAGUS.
