Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CADM3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CADM3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher CADM3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CADM3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and HNSC show a favorable association.
PDAC, GBM, and CCRCC are the cancer types where CADM3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
