CADM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWINT, PPP2R2D, and KIFBP. Each is linked with CADM3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM3-to-partner and partner-to-CADM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT grouped by CADM3-low versus CADM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
