Across TCGA cell cohorts, CADM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,526 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Adenylate cyclase-modulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with CADM3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM3-to-partner and partner-to-CADM3 results are reported.
