Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CADM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CADM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR8, ANO5, and REG1B. Each is linked with CADM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM3-to-partner and partner-to-CADM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCR8 grouped by CADM3-low versus CADM3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
