CADM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,130 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, PALM, and PRKAA2_S491. Each is linked with CADM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM2-to-partner and partner-to-CADM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CADM2 versus RPL7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
