Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,476 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CADM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA7, TCF19, and EZH2P1. Each is linked with CADM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM2-to-partner and partner-to-CADM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA7 grouped by CADM2-low versus CADM2-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
