Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, TFRC, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CADM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM2-to-partner and partner-to-CADM2 results are reported.
