CADM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CADM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UMOD, OR9G4, and OR2A4. Each is linked with CADM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM2-to-partner and partner-to-CADM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UMOD grouped by CADM2-low versus CADM2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
