CADM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Rictor_pT1135, and Smad4. Each is linked with CADM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM1-to-partner and partner-to-CADM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by CADM1-low versus CADM1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
