CADM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CADM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2AJ1, EBF2, and NKX2-4. Each is linked with CADM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM1-to-partner and partner-to-CADM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2AJ1 grouped by CADM1-low versus CADM1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
