Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CACYBP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CACYBP data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher CACYBP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CACYBP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG and STAD are the cancer types where CACYBP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
