CACYBP

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACYBP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACYBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, A-Raf_pS299, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with CACYBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACYBP-to-partner and partner-to-CACYBP results are reported.
