Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CACUL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CACUL1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CACUL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CACUL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where CACUL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
