CACNG7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACNG7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTXN3, OR4D2, and MAGEB18. Each is linked with CACNG7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG7-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTXN3 grouped by CACNG7-low versus CACNG7-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
