CACNG6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNG6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, STAT3_pY705, and HER2_pY1248. Each is linked with CACNG6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG6-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by CACNG6-low versus CACNG6-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
