CACNG5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,865 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB39A, SYT11, and GNL3L. Each is linked with CACNG5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG5-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNG5 versus RAB39A in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
