Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACNG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOG, KIF2B, and HTR1E. Each is linked with CACNG5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG5-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOG grouped by CACNG5-low versus CACNG5-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
