CACNG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,892 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNG4, CASTOR3, and BCAS4. Each is linked with CACNG1 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNG1 versus CACNG4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
