Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACNG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,775 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Receptor diffusion trapping, Postsynaptic neurotransmitter receptor diffusion trapping, and Neurotransmitter receptor diffusion trapping. Each is linked with CACNG1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG1 results are reported.
