CACNG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACNG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, WFDC8, and GAGE12D. Each is linked with CACNG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by CACNG1-low versus CACNG1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
