CACNB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,874 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPHOSPH10, PDP2, and CIAO2A. Each is linked with CACNB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNB2-to-partner and partner-to-CACNB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPHOSPH10 grouped by CACNB2-low versus CACNB2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
