Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL40, SIGLEC5, and FBXO40. Each is linked with CACNB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNB2-to-partner and partner-to-CACNB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 grouped by CACNB2-low versus CACNB2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
