The most reproducible CACNB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARPP21, ARPP21_S257, and ARPP21_S258. Each is linked with CACNB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNB1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNB1 results are reported.
