Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACNB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,655 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Microtubule nucleation, and Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with CACNB1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNB1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNB1 results are reported.
