Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACNA2D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,588 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA2D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of potassium ion transport, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, and Positive regulation of long-term synaptic potentiation. Each is linked with CACNA2D2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA2D2-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA2D2 results are reported.
