CACNA1G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,382 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COLEC12, NUMBL, and P3H3. Each is linked with CACNA1G in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1G-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1G versus COLEC12 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
