Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,498 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNA1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA2, CDCA2, and C4orf46. Each is linked with CACNA1G in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1G-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA2 grouped by CACNA1G-low versus CACNA1G-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
