CACNA1D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,724 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, NOP2, and CHEK1. Each is linked with CACNA1D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1D-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A grouped by CACNA1D-low versus CACNA1D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
