Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACNA1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,123 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNA1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R5E, ZBTB14, and ACTR6. Each is linked with CACNA1D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1D-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R5E grouped by CACNA1D-low versus CACNA1D-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
