Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,161 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell growth, Protein stabilization, and Regulation of protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with CACNA1A in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1A-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1A results are reported.
