Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,689 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNA1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEM1B, SPRY4, and RNU6-727P. Each is linked with CACNA1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1A-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1A versus FEM1B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
