CACNA1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,545 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAMDC2, CDKN3, and OIP5. Each is linked with CACNA1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1A-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAMDC2 grouped by CACNA1A-low versus CACNA1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
