The most reproducible CACNA1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, MYH11, and PDCD4. Each is linked with CACNA1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1A-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1A results are reported.
