The most reproducible CACNA1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cardiac muscle adaptation, Regulation of cardiac muscle hypertrophy in response to stress, and Thiamine transmembrane transport. Each is linked with CACNA1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1A-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1A results are reported.
