CACHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,930 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF1, GOT2, and CLEC4E. Each is linked with CACHD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACHD1-to-partner and partner-to-CACHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF1 grouped by CACHD1-low versus CACHD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
