CACHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, Caveolin-1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with CACHD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACHD1-to-partner and partner-to-CACHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by CACHD1-low versus CACHD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
