CACHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEUROD6, TFDP3, and OR14J1. Each is linked with CACHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACHD1-to-partner and partner-to-CACHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEUROD6 grouped by CACHD1-low versus CACHD1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
