CACFD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACFD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,362 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACFD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, DDAH1, and ZER1. Each is linked with CACFD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACFD1-to-partner and partner-to-CACFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACFD1 versus PRRC2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
