CACFD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACFD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTC2, TSHB, and HTR1E. Each is linked with CACFD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACFD1-to-partner and partner-to-CACFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DMRTC2 grouped by CACFD1-low versus CACFD1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
