CABP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,035 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABP7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to mitochondrion, Regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability involved in apoptotic process, and Obsolete nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, exonucleolytic. Each is linked with CABP7 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABP7-to-partner and partner-to-CABP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
