CABP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR320A, CCL27, and CLCN7. Each is linked with CABP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABP7-to-partner and partner-to-CABP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR320A grouped by CABP7-low versus CABP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
