CABP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CABP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,061 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABP7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, COPII-coated vesicle budding, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with CABP7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABP7-to-partner and partner-to-CABP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic translation grouped by CABP7-low versus CABP7-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
