CABP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CABP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,633 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP10, LIMS3, and APP. Each is linked with CABP7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABP7-to-partner and partner-to-CABP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CABP7 versus FKBP10 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
