CABP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CABP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB18, SH3GL2, and FUT5. Each is linked with CABP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABP4-to-partner and partner-to-CABP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB18 grouped by CABP4-low versus CABP4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
